The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.
  • Do your wash windows?
    Unfortunately, as a genral rule we do not wash windows in our flat charges. FIrst level windows that are easily reached can be added on to the quote depending on size and location of the window. The safety of our employees is always a priority.
  • If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?
    Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
